Sharing is caring!

For our 31 days of Halloween activities, I decided I wanted to spread the love. And what better way than with boo boxes treat bags for all our friends and neighbors!

These boo boxes were so much fun to make and really easy!

We love Halloween at our house. Actually, we just love any excuse to celebrate. That’s why I don’t just decorate, but we celebrate Halloween all month long.

I wanted to spread the Halloween cheer (is that a thing?) So I decided to make some boo boxes.

We made the boxes for the kids and then put some cookies in bags for both the kids and the adults.

Boo Boxes

boo boxes, you've been booed

I found these super cute boo boxes at Target! I love Target, they always have the best stuff.

I went through their dollar sections and bought some Halloween themed goodies for the kids to stuff the boxes with.

I cut up some black tissue paper I had on hang to give it an extra spooky feel.

I bought the cookies before realizing they wouldn’t fit in the boxes! So of course I had to make a printable to go over the top of the bag.

I just put the cookies in a plain ziplock bag, printed out the You’ve Been Boo’d printable on cardstock, and then stapled it to the top.

I got the cookies at our favorite little cookie shop a couple streets from our house. I tried to pick the spookiest cookies they had. I think that Oreo Halloween cookies would be just as cute though!

I know you’re not supposed to tell people who dropped of the gift, but I did. I knew that if a random food gift had shown up on my friends porches they probably wouldn’t eat it.

Call me paranoid, but I wouldn’t eat a random food gift without knowing who dropped it off! I didn’t want my gift to go to waste, so I decided to put our names so people knew the food was safe.

You've been booed poem - the spooks were after things to do and it looks like they booed you. We played a trick not here's your treat to make your Halloween oh so sweet.

Bugs loved dropping the goodies off for our friends! But he was confused because no one was home. He wanted to see everyone.

So next time, I’ll either drop them off alone, or make sure people are home so he can at least say hi!
