This is oven shredded chicken is literally the easiest dinner! I posted a while back about the crockpot shredded chicken and this is basically the same recipe but it only takes 1 hour! The chicken is super moist and easy to pull apart and then you can use it in so many dishes!

Sometimes we get home from work and there’s nothing really great to eat. We talk about going out and grabbing something, but that always seems to take a long time and we can never decide on what to get. This is the perfect meal for that night! This oven shredded chicken is a two step process. We always have frozen chicken in the house, so we’ll do a quick thaw and then throw it in a baking dish and it’s ready to go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast
  • 1 Bullion Cube
  • Water

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Put your chicken breast in the bottom of a baking dish, make sure they aren’t too crowded. Fill up the dish with water so that it is just covering the chicken. Then throw in a bullion cube. Cover the baking dish with tin foil and put in the oven for 1 hour!

That’s it! In an hours time you will have chicken that is moist and easy to shred! You can now easily make chicken tacos, bbq sandwiches, nachos, or really anything you love to eat chicken on! Quick, easy dinner, with little clean up!
